Absolutely wonderful place. The staff is great. Dr. Mulberry is the best doctor I've ever come across. They're all knowledgable and get to know the patients to address the entire person. The small practice has only a few staff and is also part of the GCCN system. They've got lots of programs and outreach events (holistic wellness). Can't imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars.

I can't imagine anyone giving Mustard Seed and Dr. Mulberry anything less than 5 stars. It's a small, caring office where the staff truly gets to know the patients. Dr. Mulberry sets aside more time than I've ever had with any of my other health care providers and there's truly an opportunity to talk over any and all concerns. If there's a downside to Mustard Seed at all, it's that Dr. Mulberry is a solo practitioner and she's severely overworked. However, when it comes down to it, if you need to see her in a hurry her staff will find a way to work you in.

Received my medical records ,Dr. Mulberry claimed in them I had no serious heart problem ,I did . I suffered a heart attack. Insulted me in records. I had no insurance very much struggling ,rude staff too. I am telling truth and have my medical records to prove it . People she deems worthy of help love this place ,I was not one of them for unspecified reasons. My life was turned upside down ,I am very sure this clinic is not a place for hope ,shame on Mulberry and her staff, they acted as if my life did not matter. If the good Doctor disagrees too bad ,I have physical evidence, records too. Don't contact me if you disagree I was a human being you should be ashamed.i won't ,can't forget my life almost ended because I trusted this clinic and the doctor.. seriously be warned .I have not forgotten ,I have two more years to file suit and I will,I must put this place behind me.

My mother used to receive medical care in Mustard Seed Community center two years ago. The doctor was nice and did her job perfectly as well as the rest of the staff. I really appreciate the quality service my mother received.
